Our Testimonials
The reason women are not as active as they should be in research has nothing to do with capabilities. They simply have not been given the opportunities they deserve.
Based on what I have seen from colleagues who graduated through UR-Sweden Program and myself, we are excelling a lot in different fields of life, be it in private or public sector at both national and international level.
Modern knowledge-based economy requires investment in research and professional skills development; these are key for reaching the Sustainable Development Goals.
The UR-Sweden Programme is not only about producing graduates’ numbers but also about impactful results. That is what the University of Rwanda primarily owes this country.
